Acceptable Use, Content Safety and Notice-and-Takedown Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use, Content Safety and Notice-and-Takedown Policy (the “Policy”) applies to your access to and use of Reflecta’s website, iOS mobile application, software, Account, Workspace, AI-powered creative generation tools, image generation tools, image editing tools, asset libraries, support channels and related services (together, the “Services”).

This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with:

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

3. Purpose of this Policy

This Policy explains:

  • what content and conduct are prohibited when using the Services;
  • your responsibilities when uploading, submitting, selecting, generating, storing, downloading, exporting, publishing or otherwise using Content;
  • how Reflecta applies content safety controls;
  • how rights holders and affected persons may report legal, safety or rights-related concerns;
  • how Reflecta may review, restrict, remove or disable Content;
  • how users may appeal certain content safety decisions;
  • how Reflecta deals with repeated or serious violations.

This Policy is intended to support safe and lawful use of the Services. It does not replace your obligation to comply with applicable law, third-party rights and the Reflecta Terms of Use.

4. Definitions

Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the meanings below, unless the context requires otherwise.

“Account”
means a user account registered with Reflecta.
“AI Features”
means AI-powered generation, editing, styling and transformation tools made available through the Services, including tools that generate fashion, product, editorial, marketing-style or other visual Outputs using User Assets, Platform Assets, prompts, styles, products, collections, settings and other inputs.
“AI Infrastructure Provider”
means a third-party provider used by Reflecta to process inputs, prompts, images, generation parameters or other data to provide AI-powered functionality.
“App Marketplace”
means Apple App Store or any other digital marketplace through which the Services may be distributed from time to time.
“Assets”
means User Assets and Platform Assets collectively.
“Content”
means User Content, prompts, Assets and Outputs collectively, unless the context requires otherwise.
“Output or Outputs”
means images or other content generated, edited or transformed by the Services based on User Assets, Platform Assets, prompts or other inputs.
“Person / Model Asset”
means an image or reference representing a human person, model, persona, likeness or identifiable individual that is uploaded, selected or used as a visual reference in the Services. A Person / Model Asset is not an AI model.
“Personal Data”
means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, or information otherwise treated as personal information, personal data or personally identifiable information under applicable data protection law.
“Platform Asset”
means any asset, template, style, scene, product, collection, sample prompt, preset, reference material, model image, setting or other content made available by Reflecta within the Services.
“Reflecta Content”
means the Services and all software, AI systems, workflows, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, images, examples, templates, Platform Assets, styles, scenes, products, collections, presets, documentation, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, slogans and other content made available by Reflecta.
“Services”
means the Reflecta platform, including the Reflecta website, iOS mobile application, software, AI Features, account workspaces, content libraries, billing features, support channels and related services.
“User Asset”
means any image, product photograph, person/model reference, setting or scene reference, text, prompt, tag, description, collection, product reference or other material uploaded, created, selected, stored or submitted by you through the Services.
“User Content”
means any User Asset, prompt, photo, image, text, metadata, tag, description, communication, report or other material that you upload, submit, transmit, create, select or otherwise provide to the Services.
“Workspace”
means an account environment, workspace, organization profile or team space associated with an individual user or business user for managing subscriptions, Credits, Assets, Outputs and related settings.

5. Reflecta Is Not a Public Social Network

Reflecta is an AI-powered creative generation platform with private user workspaces. Users upload or select visual Assets, create and manage Workspaces, use Platform Assets, and generate visual Outputs using AI Features.

Reflecta does not operate a public social network, public feed or public in-app user-to-user content platform. Other users cannot browse or view your uploaded Assets or generated Outputs inside the Services unless Reflecta expressly introduces a sharing or publication feature and you use it.

However, because users upload Assets, submit prompts and generate Outputs, Reflecta maintains content safety controls, reporting channels and enforcement mechanisms to reduce misuse and respond to legal, safety and rights-related concerns.

6. Scope of Content Covered

This Policy applies to all Content and materials uploaded, submitted, selected, generated, modified, stored, downloaded, exported, shared or otherwise used through the Services, including:

  • photos and images;
  • product images;
  • Person / Model Assets;
  • setting, background or scene images;
  • prompts;
  • style selections;
  • generated Outputs;
  • titles, descriptions, tags and metadata;
  • Workspace or organization Content;
  • Platform Assets selected or used by a user;
  • any other Content made available through or processed by the Services.

For clarity, this Policy applies both to Content you upload and to Outputs generated using Reflecta’s AI Features.

7. General User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • the Assets you upload;
  • the prompts you submit;
  • the Outputs you generate;
  • the way you use, download, export, publish, distribute or commercialise Outputs;
  • ensuring that your User Content and use of the Services comply with applicable law;
  • ensuring that you have all rights, licences, permissions and consents necessary to upload, process and use any Asset;
  • ensuring that you do not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, personality rights, data protection rights, contractual rights, confidentiality obligations or other rights of any person.

The fact that the Services allow you to upload, process, generate, download or export Content does not mean that Reflecta has verified that your Content or intended use is lawful.

You must not use the Services to create, process, modify, store, download, export, publish or distribute Content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, exploitative, abusive, unsafe or otherwise prohibited by this Policy.

8. Age Restriction and Minor Safety

The Services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.

You must not use the Services if you are under 18 or have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You must not upload images of minors.

You must never upload, submit, generate, attempt to generate, store, download, export, publish or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material;
  • sexual, exploitative, abusive, harmful or suggestive Content involving minors;
  • Content that sexualises minors;
  • Content that appears to depict a minor in a sexual, exploitative, abusive or harmful context;
  • Content that encourages grooming, trafficking, exploitation or abuse of minors;
  • Content that attempts to bypass minor-safety controls.

Reflecta may immediately suspend or terminate Accounts, remove or disable Content, restrict Workspaces, preserve evidence and report relevant information to competent authorities where it reasonably believes that minor safety, child exploitation or serious illegal Content is involved.

9. Rights and Consents for Uploaded Assets

By uploading or submitting an Asset, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the Asset or have all rights, licences, permissions and consents necessary to upload, process and use it in the Services;
  • you have the right to permit Reflecta and its service providers to process the Asset for AI-powered generation, storage, display, retrieval, deletion, safety filtering and service operation;
  • the Asset does not infringe any copyright, trademark, design right, trade dress right, database right, moral right, privacy right, publicity right, personality right, contractual right, confidentiality obligation or other right;
  • where the Asset depicts another person, you have obtained that person’s permission and any other legally required consent to upload and process the image;
  • where the Asset is uploaded on behalf of an organization, the organization has all necessary rights, licences, permissions and consents;
  • you will not upload confidential, proprietary or third-party materials unless you are authorised to do so.

This is particularly important for images of models, employees, customers, influencers, celebrities, public figures, brand ambassadors, designers, artists, photographers, fashion products, luxury goods, protected designs, logos, trademarks and trade dress.

10. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, submit, generate, store, download, export, publish, distribute or use any Content that falls within any of the categories below.

10.1 Child Safety and Sexual Exploitation

Prohibited Content includes:

  • child sexual abuse material;
  • sexual or exploitative Content involving minors;
  • attempts to generate sexualised depictions of minors;
  • grooming, trafficking, exploitation or abuse of minors;
  • Content that appears to involve minors in a sexual or exploitative context;
  • any attempt to bypass safety filters relating to minors.

10.2 Sexual, Pornographic and Exploitative Content

Prohibited Content includes:

  • pornography;
  • explicit sexual Content;
  • sexualised nudity;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • sexual deepfakes;
  • sexual exploitation, prostitution, trafficking or coercion;
  • Content that objectifies, degrades or exploits real persons in a sexual manner.

10.3 Violence, Gore, Terrorism and Physical Harm

Prohibited Content includes:

  • graphic violence or gore;
  • realistic depictions of torture, mutilation, killing or severe injury;
  • Content encouraging violence, terrorism or violent extremism;
  • instructions for violence, weapons, explosives or physical harm;
  • threats against individuals or groups;
  • Content glorifying or promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.

10.4 Hate, Harassment and Abuse

Prohibited Content includes:

  • hate speech targeting protected characteristics;
  • discriminatory, degrading or dehumanising Content;
  • harassment, bullying, stalking or intimidation;
  • doxxing or disclosure of private information;
  • Content designed to humiliate, threaten or abuse another person;
  • Content promoting extremist ideology or targeted violence.

10.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

Prohibited Content includes Content that infringes or misuses:

  • copyright;
  • trademarks;
  • trade names;
  • logos;
  • design rights;
  • fashion design rights;
  • trade dress;
  • product packaging;
  • textile prints;
  • artwork;
  • photographs;
  • brand imagery;
  • protected character rights;
  • database rights;
  • moral rights;
  • confidential materials.

You must not upload or use third-party brand images, campaign images, product images, lookbooks, photographs, artworks, designs, logos or other protected materials unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.

10.6 Privacy, Likeness and Personality Rights

Prohibited Content includes:

  • images of another person uploaded without required consent;
  • Content that misuses another person’s name, image, likeness, voice, body, face or identity;
  • impersonation;
  • misleading endorsement or sponsorship claims;
  • unauthorised celebrity or public figure likeness use;
  • non-consensual image manipulation;
  • deepfake-style Content intended to mislead, harm, exploit or humiliate;
  • Content violating privacy, publicity, personality or data protection rights.

10.7 Fraud, Misrepresentation and Deception

Prohibited Content includes:

  • scams;
  • deceptive commercial Content;
  • false endorsement;
  • misleading provenance or authenticity claims;
  • fake evidence;
  • forged documents;
  • fraudulent product claims;
  • Content intended to deceive consumers, platforms, regulators or the public;
  • Content misrepresenting AI-generated Output as authentic real-world evidence where that is misleading or harmful.

10.8 Illegal, Regulated or Restricted Goods and Services

Prohibited Content includes Content promoting, facilitating or instructing on:

  • illegal drugs;
  • controlled substances;
  • weapons;
  • explosives;
  • human trafficking;
  • prostitution;
  • counterfeit goods;
  • stolen goods;
  • sanctions evasion;
  • money laundering;
  • fraud;
  • hacking or malware;
  • illegal surveillance;
  • other illegal or restricted goods or services.

10.9 Security Abuse and Technical Misuse

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • attempting to bypass safety filters;
  • attempting to reverse engineer the Services;
  • scraping, extracting or harvesting data;
  • using the Services to attack, test, overload or compromise systems;
  • uploading malware or malicious code;
  • automating use in breach of the Reflecta Terms of Use;
  • using Outputs to train competing or third-party AI models without permission;
  • attempting to access another user’s Account, Workspace or Content;
  • attempting to discover, extract or bypass prompts, models, systems, safety controls or non-public APIs.

10.10 Sanctions and Restricted Territories

You must not use the Services if your access or use is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls, payment processor restrictions, App Marketplace restrictions, service provider restrictions or Reflecta’s internal risk controls.

Reflecta may restrict, suspend or terminate access where required or reasonably appropriate under sanctions, export controls, payment processor rules, App Marketplace rules, service-provider restrictions or internal risk controls.

Restricted territories may include, without limitation, Russia, Crimea, North Korea, Iran and any other territory where the Services are unavailable or restricted due to sanctions, export controls, payment processor rules, App Marketplace rules, service provider restrictions or Reflecta’s internal risk controls.

11. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

You must not use the AI Features to:

  • generate illegal Content;
  • generate Content infringing third-party rights;
  • generate harmful impersonations or misleading deepfakes;
  • create non-consensual sexual imagery;
  • create sexual, exploitative, harmful, abusive, age-inappropriate or unlawful Content involving minors;
  • generate Content intended to harass, defame, intimidate or discriminate;
  • generate instructions for wrongdoing;
  • generate Content intended to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing or malware;
  • generate Personal Data for the purpose of harming another person;
  • make fully automated decisions affecting legal rights or similarly significant matters;
  • misrepresent an Output as human-created where that is deceptive or unlawful;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass content safety controls;
  • use the Services or Outputs to train, fine-tune, benchmark or develop another AI system without Reflecta’s prior written consent.

12. Business and Organization Use

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • you are authorised to act on behalf of that organization;
  • all Assets uploaded to the Workspace may lawfully be used by the organization;
  • all required model releases, employee consents, influencer consents, photographer licences, brand licences, product rights and other permissions are in place;
  • your organization’s use of Outputs complies with advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, data protection and other applicable laws;
  • your organization’s users comply with this Policy and the Reflecta Terms of Use.

Reflecta may suspend or restrict a Workspace where it reasonably believes that the Workspace is being used in breach of this Policy, the Reflecta Terms of Use, applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Content Safety and Moderation Controls

Reflecta uses content safety measures designed to reduce misuse of the Services.

These measures may include:

  • automated safety filters provided by AI Infrastructure Providers;
  • automated rejection of certain prompts or generation requests;
  • user reporting channels;
  • abuse and takedown email channels;
  • manual review of reports where appropriate;
  • Account warnings;
  • Content removal or disabling;
  • Workspace restrictions;
  • Account suspension or termination;
  • escalation to legal, security or law enforcement where required.

Reflecta may use any appropriate AI model, moderation technology, image classifier, text classifier, service provider, manual review process or enforcement tool at its discretion. Reflecta may change these tools and providers from time to time.

Reflecta does not guarantee that all prohibited Content will be detected or blocked. Content safety systems are designed to reduce risk, but users remain responsible for their Assets, prompts, Outputs and use of the Services.

Reflecta does not generally operate a public pre-publication moderation system because the Services do not provide a public in-app feed. However, Reflecta may apply automated safety filters at the point of generation and may review reported or suspected violations.

14. Reporting Content, Abuse or Legal Concerns

You may report Content, abuse or legal concerns through:

Reports may relate to:

  • copyright infringement;
  • trademark infringement;
  • design right or trade dress infringement;
  • privacy violation;
  • unauthorised use of image or likeness;
  • impersonation;
  • non-consensual image manipulation;
  • sexual or exploitative Content;
  • minor safety concern;
  • violence or harmful Content;
  • hate, harassment or abuse;
  • illegal goods or services;
  • fraud, scam or deception;
  • sanctions or restricted-use concern;
  • other legal or safety issue.

You should provide enough information for Reflecta to locate the Content and understand the concern. Incomplete reports may delay review.

15. Notice-and-Action Procedure

Reflecta will review notices and reports in a manner proportionate to the nature of the concern, the information provided, applicable law and the risk presented.

A valid notice should include:

  • the complainant’s full legal name;
  • the complainant’s email address and contact details;
  • where applicable, the name of the rights holder or affected person;
  • confirmation that the complainant is the rights holder, affected person or authorised representative;
  • identification of the Content complained of, including URL, Asset ID, Output ID, screenshot, file name or other information sufficient to locate the Content;
  • a clear description of the legal or safety concern;
  • evidence supporting the complaint, where available;
  • for IP complaints, identification of the protected work, mark, design, image, product, collection or other right claimed to be infringed;
  • for privacy, likeness or non-consensual image complaints, identification of the person affected and the basis for the complaint;
  • a statement that the complaint is made in good faith;
  • a statement that the information provided is accurate to the best of the complainant’s knowledge;
  • an electronic or physical signature, which may be a typed full name.

Reflecta may reject, defer or request clarification in relation to notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, repetitive or insufficiently substantiated.

16. Copyright Notices

If you believe Content processed or made available through the Services infringes copyright, your notice should include substantially the following information:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works if multiple works are involved;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit Reflecta to locate it;
  • your contact information;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Reflecta may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material where appropriate.

If Reflecta registers a DMCA designated agent in the United States, the relevant designated-agent details will be published separately and may replace or supplement the contacts above for U.S. copyright notices.

17. Trademark, Design Right, Trade Dress and Brand Complaints

For trademark, design right, trade dress, product design, fashion design, logo, brand or similar complaints, your notice should include:

  • identification of the right claimed to be infringed;
  • registration numbers, where applicable;
  • evidence of ownership or authority;
  • examples of the original protected material;
  • explanation of how the reported Content infringes or misuses the right;
  • location or identification of the reported Content;
  • statement of good faith and accuracy.

Examples of relevant materials may include:

  • registered trademarks;
  • logos;
  • product packaging;
  • trade dress;
  • registered or unregistered designs;
  • garment designs;
  • technical sketches;
  • textile prints;
  • lookbooks;
  • campaign images;
  • product photographs;
  • collection materials.

18. Privacy, Likeness and Non-Consensual Image Complaints

If you believe that Content misuses your image, likeness, identity, Personal Data or private information, your notice should include:

  • your full name;
  • your contact email;
  • identification of the Content;
  • explanation of how you are depicted or affected;
  • explanation of why the Content is unauthorised, unlawful, misleading, non-consensual or harmful;
  • evidence that you are the person depicted or are authorised to act for that person;
  • if acting for another person, evidence of authority;
  • if acting for a vulnerable person, evidence of lawful authority;
  • any urgent safety concerns.

Reflecta may request additional information to verify the complaint and prevent fraudulent or abusive takedown requests.

19. Review Process

After receiving a report or notice, Reflecta may:

  • acknowledge receipt;
  • request additional information;
  • review the relevant Content, Account, Workspace or metadata;
  • temporarily disable or restrict Content while reviewing the issue;
  • reject the report if it is incomplete, unfounded or abusive;
  • remove or disable access to Content;
  • warn the user;
  • restrict generation functionality;
  • suspend or terminate an Account or Workspace;
  • preserve relevant records;
  • refer the matter to legal advisers;
  • cooperate with competent authorities where required.

Reflecta aims to acknowledge reports within 72 hours where reasonably practicable.

Reflecta aims to prioritise urgent reports involving child safety, non-consensual sexual Content, credible threats of harm, terrorism, serious illegality or imminent safety risk.

For ordinary IP, privacy, likeness or rights complaints, Reflecta aims to conduct an initial review within 5 to 10 business days, subject to complexity, completeness of the notice, volume of reports and legal requirements.

These timeframes are targets and do not create contractual obligations. Reflecta may act faster or slower depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

20. Temporary Restriction Pending Review

Reflecta may temporarily disable, hide, restrict, quarantine or remove Content while a report is being reviewed where it reasonably considers this necessary to:

  • reduce legal risk;
  • protect users or affected persons;
  • prevent further misuse;
  • comply with law;
  • comply with App Marketplace or payment processor requirements;
  • preserve evidence;
  • protect the integrity of the Services.

Because Reflecta does not operate a public user feed, restriction may involve disabling access to the relevant Asset, Output, Workspace function or Account rather than removing publicly visible Content.

21. Notification to Affected Users

Where Reflecta removes or disables a user’s Content, Reflecta may notify the affected user unless:

  • notification would create a safety, security or legal risk;
  • notification is prohibited by law or authority request;
  • the Content involves child safety, serious illegality or urgent harm;
  • the Account has been terminated for serious abuse;
  • the user cannot reasonably be contacted;
  • notification would disclose confidential, private or sensitive information.

Where required by applicable law, Reflecta will provide appropriate information about the decision and available appeal or counter-notice options.

22. Appeals and Counter-Notices

If your Content has been removed, disabled or restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit an appeal by contacting:

Your appeal should include:

  • your full name;
  • your Account email;
  • identification of the removed or restricted Content;
  • explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect;
  • evidence supporting your position;
  • confirmation that your appeal is made in good faith;
  • your electronic signature, which may be your typed full name.

Appeals should generally be submitted within 30 days of the relevant decision, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

For U.S. copyright matters where a statutory counter-notice process applies, a counter-notice may need to include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and telephone number;
  • any legally required jurisdiction and service-of-process statements.

Reflecta may restore Content where appropriate, but is not required to restore Content that violates this Policy, the Reflecta Terms of Use, applicable law, App Marketplace requirements, payment processor requirements or service-provider restrictions.

23. Repeat Infringer and Repeat Abuse Policy

Reflecta may suspend or terminate Accounts or Workspaces that repeatedly infringe rights or repeatedly violate this Policy.

Reflecta may also suspend or terminate an Account or Workspace after a single serious violation, including where the violation involves:

  • child sexual abuse material;
  • sexual exploitation;
  • credible threat of harm;
  • terrorism or violent extremism;
  • serious privacy violation;
  • non-consensual sexual imagery;
  • serious intellectual property infringement;
  • fraud or scams;
  • attempts to bypass safety systems;
  • sanctions or illegal activity.

Reflecta may maintain internal records of substantiated violations for enforcement, safety, legal, fraud prevention and repeat-abuse purposes.

24. External Publication of Outputs

Reflecta does not control what users do with Outputs after they download, export, publish or share them outside the Services.

If you publish or distribute an Output on a third-party platform, website, social media account, advertising channel, marketplace or other external service, you are responsible for that publication or distribution.

If a rights holder or affected person is concerned about Content published outside Reflecta, they may need to contact the external platform directly in addition to notifying Reflecta.

Reflecta may still take action inside the Services where the same Content, Asset, prompt, Output, user, Account or Workspace violates this Policy.

25. Cooperation with Authorities and Emergency Matters

Reflecta may preserve, access, restrict or disclose Content, Account information or related records where reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, court order, governmental request or legal process;
  • protect the rights, property or safety of Reflecta, users or others;
  • investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents or illegal activity;
  • respond to child safety, exploitation, terrorism, violent threat or other serious safety matters;
  • enforce the Reflecta Terms of Use or this Policy;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Reflecta may report serious illegal Content or threats to competent authorities where required or appropriate.

26. No General Monitoring Guarantee

Reflecta may apply automated safety filters and may review reported or suspected violations. However, Reflecta does not guarantee that it will detect, review or prevent every prohibited Asset, prompt, Output or use.

Reflecta does not assume responsibility for user-generated, user-uploaded or AI-generated Content merely because it provides AI Features, safety controls, reporting channels or enforcement mechanisms.

Users remain responsible for their Content, conduct and use of Outputs.

27. Misuse of Reporting Tools

You must not submit false, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or bad-faith reports.

Reflecta may reject or deprioritise reports that are:

  • knowingly false;
  • materially misleading;
  • abusive;
  • repetitive;
  • submitted to harass another user;
  • intended to suppress lawful competition or expression;
  • insufficiently substantiated.

Knowingly false legal notices may expose the sender to liability under applicable law.

28. Relationship with the Privacy Notice

Reports, notices, appeals and enforcement actions may involve processing of Personal Data. Reflecta processes such data as described in the Reflecta Privacy Notice.

Reflecta may retain abuse, takedown and legal complaint records for as long as necessary to investigate, enforce policies, prevent repeat abuse, comply with law and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

29. Changes to this Policy

Reflecta may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, law, technology, safety practices, provider requirements, App Marketplace requirements, payment-provider requirements or business operations.

Where required by law, Reflecta will provide additional notice of material changes.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was last revised.

Annex A – Report Form Information

When submitting a report, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • your full name;
  • your email address;
  • whether you are the rights holder, affected person, authorised representative, user or another person;
  • the Content ID, URL, screenshot, file name or other information sufficient to locate the Content;
  • the category of complaint;
  • a description of the issue;
  • supporting evidence;
  • whether urgent harm or safety risk is involved;
  • confirmation that your report is made in good faith;
  • confirmation that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • your electronic signature, which may be your typed full name.

Suggested report statement:

“I confirm that I have a good-faith belief that the reported content is unlawful, infringes rights, violates privacy or likeness rights, or otherwise breaches Reflecta’s policies. I confirm that the information in this report is accurate to the best of my knowledge.”

Annex B – Appeal / Counter-Notice Information

If you wish to appeal a removal, restriction, suspension or other enforcement action, please provide:

  • your full name;
  • your Account email;
  • the relevant Content ID, Output ID, Asset ID or report ID;
  • the decision you are appealing;
  • why you believe the decision was incorrect;
  • supporting evidence;
  • confirmation that your appeal is made in good faith;
  • your electronic signature, which may be your typed full name.

Suggested appeal statement:

“I confirm that I have a good-faith belief that the content was removed, disabled or restricted by mistake or that the relevant enforcement action should be reconsidered. I confirm that the information in this appeal is accurate to the best of my knowledge.”

Annex C – In-App Short Content Safety Notice

Reflecta is an AI-powered creative generation platform with private user workspaces. You are responsible for your Assets, prompts and Outputs. Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, sexual, exploitative, violent, misleading or harmful Content. Do not upload images of other people unless you have all required rights and consents. Do not upload images of minors. We may use safety filters, review reports, remove Content, restrict access or suspend Accounts where this Policy is violated.

Annex D – In-App Report Confirmation Message

Thank you for your report. We have received your submission and will review it in accordance with the Reflecta Terms of Use and the Reflecta Acceptable Use, Content Safety and Notice-and-Takedown Policy. We may contact you if we need additional information. Where appropriate, we may remove or restrict Content, suspend an Account or take other action.

Annex E – Safety Rejection Message

This request cannot be processed because it may violate our content safety rules. Please change your Assets or prompt and try again.

Annex F – Upload Rights Confirmation

By uploading this Asset, I confirm that I have all rights, licences, permissions and consents necessary to upload, process and use it in Reflecta, including for AI-powered generation.

Annex G – Person / Model Asset Confirmation

If this Asset depicts another person, I confirm that I have that person’s permission, and any other legally required consent, to upload the image and use it for AI-powered generation.

Annex H – Minor Safety Warning

You must not upload images of minors. You must never upload, generate or attempt to generate sexual, exploitative, harmful, abusive, age-inappropriate or unlawful Content involving minors.

Annex I – Export / Sharing Notice

Once you download, export, publish or share an Output outside Reflecta, you are responsible for how you use it and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
